The warranty offered covers the correction of any recurrence that may arise after SIMPLICITY® invisible orthodontic treatment.
To make use of the warranty, the patient must send an e-mail with the invoices for the initial treatment, the mandatory check-ups and the purchase of the SIMPLICITY® retainers within the stipulated deadlines.
There are some exclusions in the warranty, such as recurrences due to dental extractions, mandibular fractures, morphological changes in the patient’s mouth, and if the patient does not fulfill his/her obligations described in the warranty.
It is important for the patient to have check-ups and purchase new sets of SIMPLICITY® retainers at the same clinic and/or with the same dentist with whom the treatment was performed. You should also use SIMPLICITY® retainers consistently to ensure that the warranty remains in effect.
If for any reason, the clinic and/or dentist is unable to continue with the warranty obligations, a new dentist will be assigned to follow up on the warranty.
