Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Comfort Aligners, S.L. with CIF B44774438 is the RESPONSIBLE party for processing the USER’s personal data and informs that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and why do we do it?

Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

In the Contact form:

  • Responding to inquiries or any requests made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the website of the responsible party. (Based on the legitimate interest of the responsible party, art. 6.1.f GDPR)

  • Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other current or future electronic or physical medium that allows for commercial communication. These communications will be made by the responsible party and will relate to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotion agreement. In the User Registration form:

  • Managing the user account to provide personalized access to the website and interactive services offered. (Based on the consent of the interested party, 6.1.a GDPR).

In the Appointment form:

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings with the responsible party. (Based on the legitimate interest of the responsible party, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will keep your personal data for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or as required by legal prescriptions for their retention. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction of the data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No personal data communication to third parties is foreseen unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed confidentiality contracts and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

  • The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, as well as the limitation or opposition to their processing.

  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, explicitly and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to address their request by the service provider. The inclusion of data in other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and is responsible for notifying any changes to the data.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet the user’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE complies with all provisions of GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, in compliance with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures required by GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the relevant information to allow them to exercise their rights.
